With 4 years experience in-industry, previously worked with many globally successful artists including Nines, Skepta, Headie One, Krept & Konan, RV, Sneakbo, Mowgs, AntsLive, Glizz, Billy Khan, etc... and international companies such as END. Clothing, Puma, Soho House, RedBull, Wingstop, Crept Protect, Wonderland, Adidas, and Merky FC amongst others.
with various experience from several areas of the industry, kenta first got into production working with anfilms. starting as a production assistant and quickly attaining roles as a creative director and cam op. gradually getting him to a point where he founded his own production company [ nbhd films ]. This is where he found a love for music business and artist development, which lead him to where he is today.
his mission is to find talented independant artists and develop them to a point where they are either self-sufficient or signed to a promising label deal.

the creator and founder of a[m]³ standing for André Martin Multi Media. andre is a freelance digital creator than specialises in photography, videography, multimedia graphics and visual effects. I've been passionate about photography since he got my first camera phone and has expanded on that ever since. he is constantly learning and applying new techniques towards the work that he creates and looks forward to continuing to explore what else this field of work has to offer. 
with neighbourhood music group, andre is a marketing co-ordinator. with a wealth of experience in media, he spearheads a great forward thinking approach to his work, constantly striving for the best.

Pierre is a product of the music world. With experience in songwriting, A&R, Blogging and Artist and Producer management Pierre makes up a big part of all things music and creative direction. 
Pierre's blog 'Betweentheliness' experienced rapid industry growth and led to him making a name for himself through followers respecting his word and input on the scene with his focus being on upcoming artists and trending topics current to the UK scene. Naturally, this led him here to make up a part of the managing team with his understanding of branding, marketing, fanbases and the business as a whole making him an important member of the team.
